In your opinion, what can men and women get away with physique wise when it comes general fitness? For example, its widely considered that women don't have to work out upper body at all and they would still be considered attractive by many men. However, men generally speaking, need to work out whole body otherwise your proportions could look too weird(the dreaded chicken legs with massive upper body).However, I will say that men can maybe get away with being seen as attractive if they are low body fat even if they don't lift. I have definitely seen men who women fawn over but the guy has hardly any muscle mass, he just happens to be lean and the abs show. Not sure what the equal for women would be to this because really thin women aren't always seen as physically attractive. What do you think? In terms of physique, what can men get away with and what can women get away with? I honestly believe more women should work upper bodies because I have seen my fair share of quadzilla women and it always looks disproportional depending the difference between their upper and lower bodies. Not sure who fed women the lie they don't need upper body. I am also seeing more men consistently working lower body also which is good.
