>>
>>76611024
this is all nonsense you can easily do a posterior pelvic tilt leg raise the normal way no explanation or other equipment required. the way he's showing is gonna put a lot more strain on the spine with little if any abs benefit

Girl at my gym has an ab wheel and has even removed one of the wheels to make it harder.
Asked to use it one day out of curiosity.
Felt it was too easy, so she told me to try from standing like in the picture.
Did it for reps with relative ease.
She stood there flabbergasted.
Was a nice mire.

how does it work the lower back? its literally the opposite movement???
>>
>>76610497
My parents had one of those when I was a kid, I'd do it all the time just for fun. Of course everything is easier when you're a kid, I could swing around on monkeybars all day and shit like that.

Do you have muscles in your lower back? I wonder what those do...

Really...?
>>

It strains them in the effort of bracing the core to stay in position, otherwise your back with arch. If you lack proper back stability in this exercise, it can cause pain and discomfort because pressure is then being placed on the spine without proper muscular support. This can cause injuries. If this doesn't make sense, then imagine how the abs are involved on a deadlift.
>work
Not as the primary goal, no.
