I am trying the recomp thing I started working out for the first time in my life in the last 2 months at 33 years years old i do ppl+fb with free weights in my home and 25-30 minutes of stationary bike for cardio 5 times per week i also walk a lot , for now i am waiting for the 6 month mark to see some more visible changes
