Me: Still cutting until i reach 12%. And i do calisthenic only and my cardio is walking 7-10k steps almost everyday.

Goal: Cutting to 10%

Training: 2 weeks of weightlifting, 2 weeks of working 12-14 hour shifts on the rigs.

This is the fittest I’ve ever been. 40k steps per day while running and lifting awkward tools / machinery.

I feel like I should try out for a marathon at this point.

I can't tell if my traps are baby mode or somewhat impressive. I don't focus on them primarily but I've noticed them popping a lot more and I'm going to say it's because of Zerchers + Farmer's Walk.
Wondering if I should actually start doing isolation exercises for them, to get them to look better.

I am trying the recomp thing I started working out for the first time in my life in the last 2 months at 33 years years old i do ppl+fb with free weights in my home and 25-30 minutes of stationary bike for cardio 5 times per week i also walk a lot , for now i am waiting for the 6 month mark to see some more visible changes
