Do you take enough calcium, protein and Vitamin D?I had a broken bone once in me life in the forearm, luckily i didn't need an adjustment and healed nicely, but when i started out gym after that i sometimes lost grip in that hand, especially during deadlifts etc. Now it's mostly fine.

>>76614233Its a false meme that you need superhuman amounts of calcium protein and Vitamin D in order to have strong bones.Yes you need protein and calcium. Calcium is an essential electrolyte. But taking "more calcium" doenst make you have stronger bones. Also, "Vitamin D" is a jewish trick. What you call Vitamin D is actually a steroid hormone that the body produces naturally with adequate sun exposure. This is more than what the typical Jew dermatologist recommends as "0.0 minutes per year of sunlight" Get more sunlight. No, what makes stong beones is lifting heavy weights - a fact that you acccidentally revealed in your post, where you admitted to deadlifting. Stress produces better bones. not pills.

>>76614233I am OBSESSED with bone health. Did you know:1. Bones reach peak hardness and desnity at 302. Bones thing at a rate of 0.3-0.5% per year after 303. Our Bones were up to 20% denser during pre-farming eras, degraded due to poorer nutrition when farming took over>>76615413This, Sun exposure it more important for bone health than taking vitamin D tablets, and calcium is essential but you don't neded to take supplements, you need to eat a balanced diet.Wolffes Law = bone loading exercises increases bone density. So it is a critical mix of good nutrition plus load bearing exercise, which includes running.

High-level bone wizards know the secrets of more deranged China minerals like boron, copper, manganese, chromium, magnesium, selenium, and vanadium.>>76618261you're right on the exercise side, and calcium supplements are generally risky compared to diet, but *many* other supplements are beneficial.
>>76620171>deranged China mineralsyou mean trace minerals present in most whole foods?
