Any pectus anons here?I got approved for surgery at 30 y/o and the doctor says I should expect months of PAIN.
Mine isnt that severe so I'm just going to hammer chest until my chest is enormous. It seems to slowly be working. Flat bench and cable pec flies, go heavy
>>76614977I cured mine by having so much muscle mass on my chest it became hardly noticeable
>>76615079Routine tips? I want to focus on the inner fibers more, the outer edges are looking pretty decent but the inner pecs are still lacking for obvious reasons. I also feel like the deformity weakens your pecs because at this rate I think I'll hit 2pl8 in OHP before bench.
>pectus excavatumExpelliarmus!!!
>>76615079Unfortunately mine if fucking up my heart and I started having chest pains so the doctor said it would be best to fix it with surgery.

>>76614977there is no reason to operate that lolyou're a retard
bigger muscles is the way to go the contrast effect works big thing make little thing look smol
>>76614977Mine is very noticeable but it’s pretty much centered and symmetrical. It’s also not affecting any of my organs or my breathing so I bailed on the surgery idea. I’ll never have a perfectly aesthetic physique but, I don’t know, I think I look pretty good. I’m still making big gains and developing my physique nicely. I just have a sorta-weird-looking chest. I used to be really insecure about it but I got over it.
>>76614977pectus haver here 34 yo, imo its not worth having the surgery at this age, plus theres a very good possibility it doesn't fix it
>>76615079What worked like super strict narrower flatback/incline? Reverse/kamehameha?
>>76615079Im interested since im trying to be thicker from the side.
>>76614977I've accepted my reality and will not alter my body.
I have pectus and I don't think for how bad it is it would be worth the recovery and any associated risks.Getting a bit of a chest helped - your goal in every way isn't perfection, it's being better than yourself.
