If my frame and bones are tiny and thin, what are the best sports and activities for me?

You could say endurance sports. But for some reason, as I child I had big strength, like pull ups and push ups. Maybe because of low body mass, but maybe because I have strength fibers in my muscles.
I like to lift heavy and low reps, rather than do boring cardio.
I don't do powersharting so I don't risk my small bones and joints with my weight training.

So, what sports for different types of bones/frame?
Can small boned people lift weights? Should they train calisthenics rather than powersharting?
I think powersharting is for fat and fat boned people.

Holy word salad, just do what you want to do, fucking sissy

What if he wants to become a femboy

are you more individual or a team player?

individual

If he wanted it he'd do it, not ask opinion of chuds on the internet, apparently he doesn't want to do anything himself

If powersharting is for fat boned people, what is for thin boned people?

then look list of individual sports. I'm not that well versed in everything that's out there or available to you so can't say which. you can take multiple routes, if you don't immediately find a perfect match you can take up something that you excel at despite being an absolute drudge to you mentally, or something you enjoy but are not 100% built for it. the choice is yours
>>

>the choice is yours
No, powersharting is individual sport but it is not for thin boned people.
>>
why do you autistic incels need to hyperfixate on irrelevant things like canthal tilt or ""frame""
crazy level of mental gymnastics and unironic body dysmorphia
>Can small boned people lift weights?
yes
>Should they train calisthenics rather than powersharting?
maybe, it's literally the same shit, you are still lifting a weight, it's all resistance training, your muscle doesn't even know the difference between lifting yourself or a weight, it's all the same to it

>your muscle doesn't even know the difference between lifting yourself or a weight, it's all the same to it
But when you do powersharting you do exercises like deadlift and squats, they will damage your tiny joints and spine.
>>
What kind of lifting and training for each type of frame?

fat = powerfatting / powersharting
>>
>>76622910
Do bodybuilding. It's easier on the joints, unlike Powersharting.
>>
>>76625880
Bodybuilding is fake, you inflate muscles just for size without having strength and being fit. I'd rather do weighted calisthenics.
>>
>>76622910
Rock climbing and gymnastics
>>
>>76624276
>crazy level of mental gymnastics and unironic body dysmorphia
It's mental gymnastic against ever trying anything
>>
>>76624875
and you can easily snap your shit with pullups and dips
do you know how many people complain about sternum pain from dips?
not to mention advanced calisthenics, a planche has probably torn a biceps more times than a mixed grip deadlift with a deep grip
>>
>>76626087
Good options. I think I will prefer gymnastics because rock climbing doesn't allow you to train legs. Heavy legs and ass just make it harder.

>>76626110
>and you can easily snap your shit with pullups and dips
I don't think so.
>do you know how many people complain about sternum pain from dips?
I don't.
>not to mention advanced calisthenics, a planche has probably torn a biceps more times than a mixed grip deadlift with a deep grip
Planche is a meme, I will not do memes like that.
>>
>>76627849
it's not a meme, it's peak uppberbody relative strength performance
>>
>>76627929
But it's not functional, not real life movement. Pull ups and dips are very real life movements, you use them when you want to climb a tree or building. Planche isn't like that, it's a meme.

I'd rather just do weighted pull ups and dips.
>>
>>76628391
>real life movement
retarded ESL yuroid moment
>>
>>76628391
>becoming stronger is not functional
>>
>>76626081
That's retarded. The muscles only get bigger if you lift more weight, hence you have stronger. Progressive overload.
>>
>>76628513
Bodybuilders get their muscles inflated by growing "fuel" in muscles, they have more glycogen and shit. But they are pretty weak for their size.

Fat people with big bones - sports where you throw heavy shit, like rocks.
