How can I grow the side view? I have a shit frame with wide clavicles, long limbs etc. that looks ok from the front but looks compressed from the profile/side view (imagine a piece of paper)Pic related
>>76625928Side view is mostly lats and pecs
>>76625989Spamming pushups doesn't work for my pecs. Do you think dumbbell flys will work?
Do a push/pull routine. push, pull, rest, push, pull, rest, rest. make the bench press the emphasis of push days, make rows the emphasis of pull days. You will become wide like barrel
Breathing squats, pullovers, and heavy rows will make you thick. Bodybuilders used pullovers to develop the rib cage long ago. Breathing squats help stretch it out by applying pressure inside out, and rows because fucking rows. Get to work.
>>76625989glutes and delts too, if those are developed you risk looking just fat
>>76625928hip thrusts, bulgarian split squats, reverse hyperextensions (with a kettlebell), hip ad/abduction
>>76625928traps, rear delts, triceps
>>76626199well spamming pushups wont work for anyones pecs, if you actually want to grow them. you need to progressively overload them. pecs can take a lot of volume and intensityso, stop being a bitch and go to the gym and do your heavy incline bench, dips (work to weighted) and some flyes. no, shut up with your homeworkout pushup fantasies
>>76625989Lats? From the side?
Literally squats and deadliftsThey work on those small muscles you have in thereAnd perhaps most importantly, the spinal erectors, the hidden key for thickness
/fit/ should have game threads where random physiques are posted, and you have to try and match them to the advice given.
I'm too fucking wide from the side, literally look like a square with a slight hump because i squat +405Doesn't help that i'm 175cm
>>76626221Interesting. I found thishttps://thebarbell.com/rib-cage-expansion/You can't expand your ribcage but you can stretch the connective tissue and improv posture
>>76627931pushups do work, mike tyson did mostly calisthenics and got to 250 plus pounds of muscle or 300 pounds of muscle, i forgot
