>>76627986Low to high cable fly.Set the cams at about hip level. Don't just cross the hands at the ends of the rep get the bicep in there too. Really utilize the power of directional resistance. Pec deck click in the rom to about the 2 or 3, stretch is overrated for chest and doesn't help so much as hurts when your shoulders aren't in peak condition. But being able to rep out hard definitely helps a lot. It they don't touch it doesn't count.
>>76627986whoa buddy, don't shootbench press and dips, alright?
>>76628068He asked for chest not chest, triceps, serratus and anterior deltoid. They're good movments but your leverages determine if they're biased toward chest or everything else in there. If someone ever asks for chest exercises it's a good bet those aren't cutting it for them because they have shit chest leverages otherwise they wouldn't be asking.

>>76627986BEST for chest or best involving chest?Best for chest is pecdeck.
>>76627986I only do two in different workouts:>Flat bench>30° incline dumbbell pressIf i had to choose one to add if i did a split (which i don't) it would be dumbbell flies.
in years of training this iso-lateral bench press has given me better chest gains and pumps than any other exercise I've tried. Usually follow it up with another chest press much lighter and focused on depth / control / contraction as well as a random variation of flies. Haven't touched dips / db presses / barbell benches in years. Too awkward to be effective or painful / injury prone / lacking stretch/contraction whatever. This iso lateral bench goes deeper than one could possibly go and the 'bar' path follows a natural squeezing motion. Im able to rep 4pl8 for 7+
Are incline db press and pec deck enough to build a huge barrel like chest?
i like dips
>>76627986Squat
>>76628156Based
>>76628068>>76628147regular dips barely work the chest, and the chest dips are horrible in terms how difficult the position is and how it hurts shoulders.
>>76627986Flat barbell bench press
Dips and push ups (weighted).>>76628197False. I was doing table dips in mental hospital and my chest did significantly grow, while triceps didn't seem to. Didn't have any shoulder pain.
