It’s a warning to never get that big in the first place. You reap what you sow.
>>
the one instance i'd choose being on roids is if i were extremely obese. with enough roids the lean mass could fill the lost fat volume
>>
>>76634903
Actions have consequences. It's not like he became a fucking obese pig fatso amerimutt over a week. You see your body change every day, if you're not a retard.

I wouldn't because I'd be concerned about my heart health
Personally I would go maximum lean + natty lifting mode and save money to get surgeries
>>
>>76635114
If your heart can take several hundred pounds of excess fat surely it can handle excess muscle and water minus the fat

>How did it get that bad?
Legitimately depressed most of my adult life, barely holding on with escapism.
> What got me to turn it around?
A decade of eating my feelings backed me into a corner that only had one way out.
Basically just hitting rock bottom, a family tragedy coming to light had me face decades of pain.
TL:DR don't grow up in an abusive family.

Pushing hard! I think it's doable.

He looks a lot less jewish on the left side, the fat really hid his nose well.
>>
>>76634886
could this have been prevented if he decided to lose weight a lot more slowly? like an extra few years of delay I'm talking

or does excess skin from obesity just stay there regardless of how slow and deliberate you control the weight loss, I thought extreme loose skin was a byproduct of extreme weight loss similar to stretch marks being a byproduct of extremely fast weight gain

The skin is elastic. That level of elasticity is decided by genetics, age, and diet. Loose skin happens when the skin is pulled too far, for too long. For example, if you stretch a rubber band for a few seconds and let go, it will return to normal. But if you stretch it and hold it there for a day, it will deform. It's the same principle.
>>
>>76635045
If you were really 425 then you will.
>>
>>76636784
Your skin isn't a fucking rubber band, its growing not stretching. "loose" skin is just a short hand not a description of what is actually going on. The excess rolls are still holding fat tissue, you can maybe, maybe reduce it some by going full ass fuck auschwitz and recomping back up. The typical fat normie dope thinks going from 350 to 240 is thin though.

Loose skin is made on the way up, not on the way down.
By being so gigafat that you have to grow (and tear) your skin up, creates it and there aren't really magic cures for it.
Being 'close enough' to normal for your size and not being to old or staying big for too long is how you prevent it.
>>
>>76637005
The skin isn't stretched at all, in any way, the entire premise of your post is wrong.

Tissue expansion occurs in response to stretching, yes, the MECHANICAL force.

I really don't know why you thought the skin isn't being stretched, that doesn't even make sense when you think about it intuitively.

I am 6ft 1 and hit 282 and I was disgusted with my body. Sure I did it while doing a dirty bulk (never ever fucking do it) and i was benching 365 and deadlifting 525 (not even that strong relative to being close to 300 pounds.)

I got some stretchmarks on my gut and I immediately woke up and fasted for 20 days, and now on another fast. I am on perscription strength trentinoin cream and derma rolling to fade the scars on my guts from fat as well as the ones on my shoulders and biceps from strength.

I 250 now and I am still disgusted. Sure when I got out of the Army at 190 lbs I could only bench 225 for 3 but I had abs and a jawline and got pussy.

My derma says since I am in my mid 20s they will probably fade but I will always have the stretchmarks, since I did have a fuck ton of muscle (I have extremly high lbm at 180) I won't have too much if any loose skin.

TLDR never get fat, even if you are powerlifting/strongman as an excuse for your gluttony.
