>>76634978I shop as cheap as I can and use store's coupons.I bought 3lbs of 73% lean ground beef for $5.50.I bought a 3lb package of seasoned pork, beef, and chicken for $6.I find a gallon of milk with a five day best by date as cheap as $1.50. I can drink it in time.
>>76634978>Grocery outlet bargain marketI stop by almost every day on my way home from work, get enough protein to mealprep for next week. Sometimes there's a sale on meat so I buy a lot of it and freeze it. They usually have some tubs of protein powder too.Besides that I either make 1lb beans last a week or scoop from the 50lb bag of rice I got. Costco oatmeal is good too, like 8$ for 10lb that lasts a few months.
>>76634978Proteins:Costs are increased the more work the stores have to do to prepare it, so look for the largest cuts you can find and cut it yourself.>pork shoulders>pork loin>whole chickens>whole turkeys>whole beef roastsCans of tuna are great for low fat protein, and canned sardines are even better.Veggies:Look for the family sized packages of frozen veggies. Broccoli, peas, cauliflower, mixed vegetables all come in 5lb bags that will save some cash.Starchy carbs:Beans are cheap, as are lentils. Buy the largest bags you can find.Find an Asian market to buy your rice and buy the 25 pound bags. That'll last you a loooong fucking time.Dairy:Milk is going to cost what it costs, but you can save some cash on eggs by buying the family sized packs. I buy 3 dozen packs and save a bit on just buying a dozen.Fruits:Banana's are cheap as fuck still, and great nutrition. Look for bulk sizes for oats, raisins, and sales on seasonal fruits, like berries.Fats:Olive oil is popular and you can find larger sizes to save some cash. Look for bulk nuts, like peanuts, pecans, almonds to save money as well. The corporations are slowly but surely taking over all the mom and pop and independent grocery stores, and without competition, they can charge whatever the fuck they want. It's not going to change. Learn to adapt.
>>76637513you can buy frozen whole fish fillets pretty cheap too. I stay away from farm trash tilapia but Aldi's has like 6 wild-caught halibut fillets for $5. Insane macros and good taste too. Trader Joe's has 6 seabass fillets for $10. If you thaw and cook skin down they are 80% there to a restaurant quality. They contain no preservatives or extra ingredients too, fish just freeze well. Keep forever in the freezer and thaw in like 5 hours. Just a real nice change of pace, esp on a cut.
>>76634978>$16 4lbs of chicken breastLearn to cook and buy a whole chicken. Use the carcass and discarded bones for stock.

JFK was the only president who didn't kiss the Wall so they shot him for it. He wanted to end the fed and the CIA
The gold standard enforced that dollars had to mean something. Now a dollar is just a number on some machine in the Federal Reserve. Dollars are borrowed by the government against interest, paid for by future taxes
