I only sweat when I do cali or cardio but never when I lift, also I never improve when I lift.
Should I just do weighted cali only?

exert yourself more

My brain exercises are memorizing verses from the Bible or Quran

Yes I study both

That's normal when you aren't a fat fuck or a roidtranny who ingest explosive powders.

More sets, more reps, more weight, something is wrong.
According to my fitbit-like watch I'm hitting cardio heart rates by lifting hard enough.

Is this supposed to be hard?

Sweat in lifting or calisthenics for the that matter doesn't mean anything related to progress. You're sweating because your sets are 30 reps long your heart rate stays elevated and then your next set comes around before you're back in the resting range. As to why you're not progressing in lifting you are you just don't see it as readily.
To explain I'm going to use orm% and reps
100% 1 rep
95% 2 rep (differnce 1)
90% 4 (2)
85% 6 (2)
80% 8 (2)
75% 10 (2)
70% 12 (2)
65% 16 (4)
60% 20 (4)
55% 24 (4)
50% 30 (6)

As you drop 5% off the rep increases get larger between those 5% increments. So if you're doing anything optimally loaded (70%+ orm) getting another rep indicates the same change as 2 reps in a lighter loaded exercise. Gaining just 2.5% in your orm is huge progress for even in the span of a couple weeks. Where as gaining a rep on your ~20 rep sets of whatever indicates a much smaller change. Which is why your reps get all wild on calisthenics when you take an extra cup of coffee and some b-vitamins.
