It fucks with your REM sleep. That said, if you can't sleep otherwise then meh sleep is better than no sleep. I was dealing with PTSD and nightmares for a couple of years, so I used edibles as a sleeping aid. Now I can sleep normally without relying on them.

I know this guy too. He is me. I start my day with about 400mg caffeine, more throughout the day, smoke hella weed in the evening and take edibles every night just to barely pass out in time to get 4-5 hours of sleep. Making steady gains though. I haven't had a dream in like 8 years.
