Animation is actually very simple but very time consuming.
All you need to do is draw the pose for each photogram with a slightly different pose to mimick the movement.
If you do a 64 frames per second that means you need to draw 64 frames, the good news is that you don't actually need thar many frames or you can copy paste several before you make the next one in a slightly different pose.
Like i said, in concept its very simple, just draw enough photograms to mimick movement but it takes a very long fucking time.

You know when you hit max contraction in the leg extension machine?
You're aiming for a similar feeling.
Lower the weight in the leg extension and try to lift only by contracting your quads. Move your feet up only as a way to further lock up your quads.
when you're there, hold it for as long as you can before it starts cramping.
Do a set of very slow reps like that.
Once it's done, immediately start doing low bar squats, you'll probably not be able to use much or any additional weight at all.
Just like in the leg extension. Your muscle and brain memory KNOW exactly what it is supposed to be doing.
Do it to failure.
Be MINDFUL of every single second of that set. No distractions.
You now know how to achieve mind-muscle connection.

A bicep curl requires you to engage your fingers, wrists and forearms.
Best you can do is eliminate your fingers and rest the weight on your wrists.
I can flex and engage my biceps by themselves to the point that it causes fatigue. My hand/forearm does not move one inch.
