I went from starting them with a slow build-up from 10->20kg, to doing 3 plates for 1 in about 3 months or so. Your elbows get used to them pretty quickly. I'd do them but I have no idea how to set it up. When I've done them it feels like the most comfortable way to squat for me, but I don't know how to get into that position without help or some awkward as fuck movement.

As a bonus, they terrify glassbacks.
