Hey /fit/. I'm sure you get this shit all the time, but I read the sticky and I /think/ it doesn't answer what i'm asking for. I'll drop some basic background but if you dont care i'll greentext my basic question at the end. I apologize in advance for being a moron.
So i'm a femboy. Not like, "oh i wear dresses" femboy. I mean like, long hair, soft skin, 5'6", have natural chest fat no matter how much weight i lose... I don't need to lose weight but I DO want to look hotter, etc. Tone my muscles, get a nicer ass, etc. Being healthier, too.
'm trying my best to look up and google basic routines, but it feels like no matter what I do, i'm doing it wrong and that everyone can do shit better than I can. The only thing that worked for my ass was clamshells and when I did leg day it sucked so much I could barely walk the whole day. Is there any basic routines I can do without being a complete moron and fucking it up? I know this should be basic information, but my dad refused to teach me when I was a kid, and my mom was a "run and diet" kind of person.
If that's not bad enough I basically have no sense of my muscles except for MAYBE in my legs and biceps. Asking me if my core or glutes are activating may as well be like asking me if there's aliens on mars.

oh uh i guess i'll list what i have access too
dumbells, kettlebells, elliptical, exercise bike, treadmill, bench, weight bench, fitness trainer (i think thats what theyre called), exercise ball, weights (like with the full bar).

Watch some Jeff Nippard videos.
As for not wanting to gain "too much weight", just don't eat too much above your TDEE. Since you're a noob you can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time so just eat at maintenance (i.e. the same as your TDEE).
The reason you felt destroyed after leg day is because you're a noob. It gets better.
A lot used to be made of being able to "activate" or "feel" glutes but I don't think people really push that any more. Glutes just aren't a "feely" muscle. If you're doing something like squats or hip thrusts there's no way your glutes aren't getting hit.
If you want a more feminine body presumably you'd want to emphasise lower body and ass, so look up Bret Contreras.
Finally, how would you feel about getting fucked from behind while I call you a slut and a faggot?

Bicep/hammer curls, squats, hip thrusts, variations of full range calf raises, russian twists, v ups, dumbell overhead, skull crushers, you get the gist after a while. if youre doing upper body stretch upper body after and vice versa for lower. 3 sets of everything, 6-10 reps. eat, sleep, do light cardio on rest days. find a comfortable weight for all of these and slowly move up, you might also not wana have weights on some of these. I still do shrugs with my 3 lb as opposed to the 15lb with nearly everything else. learn some anatomy while youre at it too. also im a gay femboy like you are.

You are never going to “accidentally” look like a bodybuilder or look super strong. Touching a barbell is not going to instantly take away your femboy charm. Your physique is always going to be 99% determined by the size of your muscles and your body fat, and the best way to increase the size of your muscles is going to be by lifting heavy weights. Once again, you are not going to wake up one day and be “too muscular” because you decided to do a barbell squat instead of some retarded women’s exercise like the crab walk. It will be a gradual process and you can adjust your goals and your approach as you watch your own progression. Anyway the point is, just do a beginner weightlifting program.

Since this is gay and retarded question thread I have a question.
Is there any exercise that isolates serratus anterior? If not than any that focuses on it mainly? The only thing I could come up with are kind of pushups where your arms stay straight and stiff very narrow but you lift yourself by your scapula. Can be also done like a plank but pushing yourself up with your shoulders. But this one uses a pecs too. But I think something better might be possible since this muscle moves a lot when doing other exercises.

I dont think theres any that isolate it, but picrel was basically the king of that muscle since the rest of him was "small" (compared to the average Arnold wannabe) while he was said to basically have wings under his arms. Supposedly he only did pullups for this, but I think you should be able to achieve a sort of isolation of you dont pull all the way up but just hold yourself on the bar.
