>>76640276It doesn't specify how. There are a lot of "circus" lifts that no one does in training that let someone lift/hold massive weights by taking advantage of leverages. For example, the hand and hip lift, used to pick up 800+lb barbells from a rack, or the back press, the classic 1 handed strongman lift, which takes advantage of leverage to drop the body beneath a weight and then stand up, doing all the lifting with the legs. Dude was strong, for sure, but hefting a 300lb boulder overhead is by no means impossible.
