Getting repeatedly in shape and out of shape eventually leads to not being able to get back in shape. If you look at all the most successful and good looking fit people such as Mike O'Hearn etc, they are never out of shape, for like 30+ years straight. Every time I get back in shape I notice I look worse than last time I was in shape.
I'm not sure my employer would appreciate that.
>>76641778>Every time I get back in shape I notice I look worse than last time I was in shapeAre you sure you are properly exercising anon? Proper intensity and recovery? It can be easy to gloss over those ime. If you are actually getting older (40+) though, then TRT would be an appropriate call to consider, too.
>>76641778Retard you are aging as well so there are multiple variables here. Also stop being so inconsistent, it is a sign of a disordered mind.
Feels the other way around to me. Stopped lifting for like 2 years and came back and quickly became stronger than I ever was
