Yeah cutting sucks. Ive lost 30 lbs in the last 3 months and im fucking hungry all the time and my wife doesn't give a shit and keeps chocolate and cake and shit in the house. I dont eat it but I fucking want to. 7lbs is a good start. I have about 20 more to go. When I get the urge for food I make a pound of 99% lean ground turkey (480 kcals) and eat it with some rice and Sriracha for about 600-800 kcals depending on the rice weight. This keeps the hunger at bay without compromising the cut.

Down to 240 from 270. I do an hour of cardio and lift most days so my tdee is pretty high. Im also not dyel and im 6' 2" so 800 call is not an absurd number.

The trick is to not have cheat days at all and cook variations tasty stuff from the available materials.
For example I do not eat just "chicken and rice", I cube my chicken breast, marinate it in big batches with different marinades and will portion 250g in individual bags that I put in the freezer.
If I want to air fry I will pull out 250g from the freezer the previous day to thaw, if I want to charcoal grill I will take out at least 750g and reheat the grilled chicken over the next days.
it's delicious and I can make it with potatoes, rice, pasta, whatever.

I don't care about having cheat days, I don't get those cravings I had last times I cut and I've been going for 4 months now.
