I started washing my hair with egg yolks and it's amazing how effective they are at cleaning. I tried noshampoo last year by going water only and it was a fucking disaster. My hair was super greasy which was to be expected because of the transitional period, but on top of that I also got a shit ton of dandruff and my scalp was itching and burning. I'm giving noshampoo a second chance but this time I am washing my hair and scalp with egg yolks and it's not even close, the itchiness is like 1% what it was when I went water only. I have a very light itch like once a day which I relieve by gently combing my hair once, and my hair isn't greasy, it feels even better than with shampoo and the effect lasts double as much. I'm already 3 weeks yolk only like 3 times a week. I'm just surprised egg yolks for scalp and hair isn't mentioned more often.Anyway unfortunately I still have thinning hair so I'm still gonna probably hop on finasteride. I just hope fin alone (and MAYBE adding dermastamping) gives me some regrowth because I really don't want to use minoxidil, I've heard it makes hair incredibly greasy.
