Kettlebell is pretty good. You can get a fairly nice workout on kettlebell swings when you don't have a lot of time. I also like carries a lot. Goblet squats with a kettlebell are nice for correcting posture. Start with 35lb or so if you're not super muscular.

They involve a lot of muscle groups and also give you a nice little bit of cardio. Based on how I feel the next day after a few good sets of swings they're very effective for minimal time investment. One of the exercises I do on days when I need to cram a quick workout in.
