OP here. The bumps have begun to fade. Took a lot of NAC, some turpentine, and applied coconut + castor oil carrier for oregano, basil, peppermint, and clove essential oils, to the area.It's like having zits on your dick, very strange. Might mean the immune system is screwed up.
