I saw a similar article in the Associated Press recently. Basically it was saying you'd become constipated if you eat too much animal protein which I guess is technically true if you eat literally nothing else. This seems to be how things are nowadays, some "health" trend gets started and then fat and ugly people start writing articles saying "erm ackshully this is LE BAD." I'm just desensitized to all this shit.

Fats are essential for minerals/vitamins to even get to your body. And all meat has cholesterol somewhat, its the white soapy looking shit that you can scrape off unlike fat. Eggs are a way better source ofc, but it doesnt matter nearly as much as being at a surplus and stimulating muscle growth. Why do you think weightclass queers look half the size of albeit roided heavyweights in powerlifting? Years of hormone abuse and then your bomes are already hard and you look like a walking fridge instead of some absurd dorito frame useful for looking good and not lifting as heavy like having a 1:1 hip/shoulder ratio.
