all weighted exercises are 15lbs
arms (monday) -
curls (10)
farmer carry (1 minute) + 15 lunges
hammer curl (5)
flies (10)
ab wheel (3 minute)
squats (1 minute 30 seconds)

treadmill (15 minutes)
bike (1 mile)

full body (wednesday) -
pull-ups (5)
chin ups (10)
ab wheel (3 minutes)
plank (1 minute 30 seconds)
squat (1 minute 30 seconds)
bike (2 miles)
treadmill (10 minutes)
yoga

cardio (friday) -
cardio (BIKE) 2 miles
treadmill - 15 minutes
squat (1 minute 30 seconds)
side plank (1 minute both sides)
elliptical (5 minutes)
yoga

cool down (sunday) -
treadmill (10 minutes)
bike (1 mile)
elliptical (5 minutes)
squat (1 minute)

tldr all those meme exercises are pretty much irrelevant, most of the work is on the kitchen, 0.5 kg/week of weightloss is pretty sustainable unless you want to starve yourself so it's 6kg in 12 weeks

if you cut and do zero resistance training eventually you can and will start to cut into muscle
if you remove all the fat from some skinnyfat due that never trained in his life you will see a skeleton
you can't burn muscle, it either grows as response to stimulus when provided with the building blocks for it or it doesn't

this is also retarded because your body is smarter than you and it's saving up anything it can because it doesn't know when you will feed yourself again, instead of starving yourself multiple small snacks throughout the day will suffice

anyway instead of jumping through mental hoops complicating your life like this how about you accept that you is actually (You) and live a more peaceful life while coping with the consequences

just do full body three days a week and cardio on off days. Measure cardio in time not distance, even for the bike.

this is pointless and the numbers are so comically low that it reads like AGP fetish material about uwu weak women. What woman have you ever seen that wasn't 500lb get on an elliptical for FIVE MINUTES? To lose weight, walk for 1-2 hours and eat to control insulin, the hormone that tells your body to build up fat stores. Get headphones and an audiobook, preferably something about Jesus, and walk to get a look at the world around you. Don't it on the treadmill or you'll be miserable no matter what distraction you bring.
another good cardio option is the rowing machine, start at 30min and do it at a steady pace.

YWNBAW specific advice:
1. stop curling. Do NO arm exercises. You clowns always have definition on your arms that a woman would never have. What are you even trying to do here?
2. do posterior chain exercises, exercises hip thrusts, squats. You can go heavier on these, the added muscle is to locations that only help your goals, and it has much more of an actual effect on your physical condition than a marginally larger bicep does.
3. do NO core exercises. learn to increase your intraabdominal pressure while doing other things. You can even do this walking, with a light weight on your back to help. Also rowing and in any posterior-chain exercise: deadlifts, swings. And you're doing yoga anyway.
4. get real weights. You LARP all day already, you can be serious for a little bit in the gym. Pavel's "strong lady" kettlebell recommendations are 25,35,45 lbs. You can at least put two 35lb plates on a barbell and do some deadlifts instead of curling a sheet of paper for 1 minute 30 seconds both sides and upside down.
