>31, in good shape but intermittently
>Have LPR, constant coughing, nasal drip, clearing throat all day every day
>Have IBS, shit brains out with literal mucus shit or have severe constipation randomly with no rhyme or reason
>Stomach constantly rumbling, trapped gas, hissing noises
>Extreme difficulty lifting and eating comfortably
>Get scoped and they find nothing but a hernia and the usual inflammation, given 40mg of acid reflux medication a day but still have LPR for years
How over is my dream of being /fit/? Does anyone else suffer with shit like this? I’m not even extremely unfit or anything. It’s like doctors have no idea what I’m saying

Don't hernias cause LPR?
Have you tried changing your diet
Have you gone down the probiotic rabbit hole

Yes I have a hiatal hernia. Unfixable but small enough that the doc wasn’t concerned and I was told the medicine would help. It got rud of the burning but I still have all the symptoms as if the acid was there.

Not sure what to do except eliminate the basic stuff. I haven’t enjoyed a drink in like 10 years, and I had to give up spicy food.

Yes but only prescribed ones which are expensive

You should see a nutritionist, or an alternative doctor. I know there is a certain societal stigma attached to non traditional medicine, but obviously the doctors you have seen have not fixed your issues. IBS, constipation, the acid, its all diet related. Could be worth looking into further

You need Botox in your cricopharyngeal muscle. Google the noburp reddit or whatever. Small chance you also have low stomach acid & need the betaine HCL + enzymes, but much more likely the Botox thing.

If this helps & you’re rich, please send some gibs to

So I can pay for my own medical issues. Ty.
