Buy a specific fasting salt mix. You don't have to worry about the other micro nutrients on a fast because you will get the most important ones from your fat itself. Do not get "electrolyte pills" or whatever, that is going to damage your stomach. You need a specific ratio of sodium and potassium usually mixed in water. Fasting people take this to prevent cardiac rhythm issues and muscle cramping.

>>76656656When you deliver salt directly to your stomach and intestines bad things happen. Your body is not designed to take it in that way, it needs to mix and dilute with saliva first. Imagine dumping salt on a slug, that's basically what you're doing with your stomach when you take salt in pill form. Pic is what I use, sometimes I'll just sprinkle some in my mouth, otherwise mix a little bit in whatever water I am drinking. Don't have to follow the directions precisely just don't take too much.
