The same applies to burgers.Like, do you chose not to hang out with your friends because eating while socialising won't fit your macros or something? >>76657242yeah you can easily find/make a pizza thats like 1000 calories and 50g protein or around that range/ratio, then add some veggies or side salad and its a fairly solid meal. good macro nutrient profile, decent micronutrient profile (with enough veggies), what's not to like. if you're eating shit from like dominos or pizza hut or something though its not gonna be great for you.
