any anons have a dip bar at home? most of the ones I see you can buy look made for short kings, feel like my knees would hit the ground preventing full ROM. also seem ridiculously expensive. anyone have any good DIY methods?

>>76657784I have a pair of gymnastic rings that I hang over my pullup bar. The rings are adjustable so you can set them to dip height. You can get a decent pullup bar and pair of rings for pretty cheap.

I just use the toilet and the washing machine since they are next to each other, and have the same height.
