Why is it so polarizing?

Probably doesn't work

No cortisol, no overcompensation. Enjoy your nogainz
>>
It definitely works. Can make you numb but that’s sometimes not a downside
>>

I dont like this stuff, personally Id recommend Sagon
>>
>>76659009
Very effective in separating fools from their money
>>
>>76659009
I love it, I take it when I'm going to social gatherings and it just makes it so easy. Turns off overthinking for me but brand to brand makes a big difference. I liked Organika but I'm using some amazon one now, less effective but still works a bit
>>
>>76659112
It does work for some people, don't listen to the idiots here.
I used ksm-66, after a while it works too well, it made me drive recklessly because it killed my fear response and I did things like checking my phone, answering messages, swerving instead of hard braking etc and realized it later.
You just don't give a shit.
That said when I had previously taken it a few years back when I was sedentary it made my anxiety worse instead and I had to stop, the only difference this time is that I'm actually exerting myself daily, I would say I'm in the extremely active category so in my mind it helps with actual cortisol not whatever you have from being a fat fuck sitting around all day.
>>
>>76659009
Makes me have the gyno tingle every time I take it. Would avoid unless you watch bitch tits

I don't understand you people, you have the intelligence to work out and train and get your nutrition in check, but you don't understand that these stupid meme supplements, which are pushed out every month, as something totally different, some random Chinese herb or mushroom, that promises faster muscle gain or focus or endurance are total crap. I don't understand why people spend money on these things. Name one person you've ever met in your life that is said to you: :yeah man, I had my nutrition and training straightened out, but the thing that really made a difference was XYZ Chinese mushroom".

Retard

The fact that you think this is a 'new pushed suppliment' means you're a retard who watches ecelebs. Go and take some maca root and tell me your dick doesn't get rock hard. Suppliments work differently for different people

I tried this and felt slightly more relaxed. Running in the hot sun and sweating a lot makes me feel a lot more calm when I'm finished
I think aswaganda is just placebo or some epic indian/south asian "mystic" scam. Boomers and gen X retards love this new age alternative medicine/supps garbage for some reason

Regulate your emotions like a normal big boy adult? Manage the stressors in your life so there's fewer? Big boy adult things?
Are you a poo poo child or something?

It's telling how you reacted with vitriol and emotionally charged rhetoric instead of actually addressing the point that was made.

Because panax ginseng and rhodiola do the sem thing immediately without having to perfectly dose and build up

Taken it for months. It's a very mild SSRI (numbs your emotions). It's noticeable when you take it for the first time, but it becomes so subtle and placeboish that it's not worth buying more than one bottle. You're better off with changing your lifestyle if you want to improve your mood.
>then why did you take it for months
I'm retarded (picrel).
>>
made me more horny
>>
Its because people are buying from a shit source (either its bunk, or they're buying a source that doesn't include both roots and leaves) or don't really understand how it works, which is more likely.

Ashwaganda is naturally a sedative, which is why people report feeling "blank" on it or like they've had their mood squashed. Because its a sedative though, its substantially better if its taken in the evening at the end of a day, rather than the start.

If you want something else that will lower cortisol but has an energising effect, look into rhodiola rosea. Its an adaptogen class herb just like ashwaganda and it lowers cortisol too, among other things. You can 100% use both.

Helped me to get noticeably stiffer with my ED. At least in pills form.
>>

Made me have fucked up dreams where I would be trapped in living nightmares changing numerous times throughout the night. A 10/10 because normal life doesn't seem so bad now. Don't really get good sleep because being terrified for 8 hours straight is exhausting and it's difficult to separate reality from the dream world.
>>
>>76659009
If you're actually schizo this stuff is great. Take it when meds are supposed to help but don't.
Somehow it synergies with them, there's even literature about it.
NFI why you would take it if you're not already schizo tho.

It's made by jeets for jeets and causes SSRI abuse symptoms.

First time I took a capsule, dead sober, I felt a wave of relief wash over me like I had just downed a shot of booze. It was an unmistakable sense of anxiety and stress subsiding. Theres no way on earth that it was placebo effect.
You have to wonder though if anything capable of acting on your body to such a degree is actually good for you in the long run. I don't take it any more for what its worth.

>>76662022
This is a big issue because of heavy metal toxicity. Third world soil is polluted to hell and back. Also applies to a ton of spices too.
>>
Lmao all these placebo effect retards acting like this shit is a benzo

I mean, what you're saying is demonstrably and irrefutably false. But whatever.
>>
>>76662413

alright explain how it works then. if the placebo effect is real why haven't we bent the entirety of our scientific apparatus into studying it and using it?

>If you can really drive a truck on the road, how come everybody doesn't drive a truck?

a better analogy would be "well sometimes people can just close their eyes and teleport to their destination for free, but we invented cars anyway and people just kinda teleport sometimes and we never really looked into it"
>>
>>76662451
No, it wouldn't be because humans have persistent knowledge and are unlike other animals in that regard, which is something that you didn't take into your account when you just broadly assumed that we could placebo everything and cure people of everything without any actual medication. Once people widely knew that treatments were placebo, the effect would cease to work, which is what placebo is, not knowing that you're not being given legitimate medication, and feeling better regardless because you are under the impression that it is legitimate.
>>
>>76662419
The placebo effect is real in the sense that most people don't have real problems
Its really just:
>I'm in a good mood, so my minor aches no longer matter!
You can ignore a slight muscle pull. You can't ignore a compound fracture.
>>
>>76662458
>not knowing that you're not being given legitimate medication, and feeling better regardless because you are under the impression that it is legitimate.

that's what I'm talking about though. So your brain can just somehow make you feel better if you trick it correctly? Why aren't we putting people under 99999 MRI machines while this is happening until we pinpoint the exact mechanism so we can stimulate it whenever we want?
>>
>>76662469
I don't understand how you read my extremely specific and descriptive point as to why it wouldn't work and are still asking why it wouldn't work.
>>
>>76662472
because you didnt answer my question
>>
>>76662469
>Why aren't we putting people under 99999 MRI machines
How do we know the 5G towers aren't capable of that? Everyone knows 4G was good enough.
>>
>>76662475
I did, but I can see that you're not equipped to handle this type of reasoning or discussion, so I'm not going to further continue this conversation. Just wait for someone else to show up to the thread and read the extremely obvious definition. And I'm sure you can read their response and figure it out.
>>
>>76662475
>>76662479
I just want to add that I didn't mean that in a personally denigrating way. I was just very frustrated that you don't seem to be getting the point. Anyway, have a good day.

Why would you consume anything, especially a root plant, sourced from India?

You zoomers really can't discuss shit, you're just shouting your retarded uninformed opinion like you're on twitch, into the void because there's no one there to validate you, or reply to each other about unrelated stuff.
