Any thoughts on a sashimi bulk? U can go to a asian speciatly store and buy it for cheap. Problem is that you will be playing the dice way too much and probably eventually get a disease.. Its so easy to eat thpugh. I can down over 100g protein in one mineut and its easy to digest.. Cooked fish it harder to eat for some reason, maybe beacuse its dry..

>cooked fish is harder to eat for some reason, maybe because it's dry

canned salmon in EVOO my nigga. moist, easy to eat, tastes better than deenz, and the farmed stuff has way less mercury than tuna. on a bulk you can half drain or not drain the can to also get the olive oil calories

why?

you can flash freeze any meat and it will kill all pathogens
no need to ever use any heat

>T. actual retard

deep freezing at -4 F or below for 7 days will kill parasites in fish. but flash freezing absolutely won't, and many pathogens such as E. coli survive deep freezes. cheap sashimi from a local shop is cheap for a reason, don't gamble with parasites

>parasites can be destroyed by sub-zero freezing temperatures. However, very strict government-supervised conditions must be met. Home freezing cannot be relied upon to destroy trichina. Thorough cooking, however, will destroy all parasites.

>Freezing does not destroy these bacteria. E. coli O157:H7 survive refrigerator and freezer temperatures.
- USDA
https://ask.usda.gov/s/article/Will-E-coli-be-killed-by-freezing

>Freezing and storing at -4°F (-20°C) or below for 7 days (total time), or freezing at -31°F (-35°C) or below until solid and storing at -31°F (-35°C) or below for 15 hours, or freezing at -31°F (-35°C) or below until solid and storing at -4°F (-20°C) or below for 24 hours is sufficient to kill parasites. FDA’s Food Code recommends these freezing conditions to retailers who provide fish intended for raw consumption.

i don't think farmed salmons have worms, but still the ones sold as sushi grade in the market are frozen according to usda standard in the us

i see so many ppl just eat raw costco salmon from norway without freezing at about half the cost. costco fresh salon is about $10-12/lb while the ones sold in kr/jp markets are about $25/lb (from norway, canada, scotland).

dont they have specialty freezers for sashimi you can buy

ignored
Michelin star restaurants in Japan with 0 cases in the last 100 years use flash freezing
also, modern meat has literally 0 parasites because of controlled environments
you're essentially delusional
>>
raw fish is healthier than cooked pork lol
>>

japanese tend to age their fish for quite some time before serving. parasites are usually removed before fileting. there was a michelin 1 star sushi that was closed down recently with the owners being arrested d/t food poisoning on multiple occasions.

>sashimi grade fish
>cheap
No the fuck it's not. I buy it to make home sushi, it's hella expensive.
>>

>farmed stuff has way less mercury
and shitty living conditions
and way more toxins
and shit antibiotics
and imbalance of onega fats, with more O6 (the bad one)
farmed fish is trash, wild caught or bust and you're probably paying like 9 dollars for a little shit tin like picrel

You’ll get worms. Don’t eat raw meat
>>
>>76659190
cooked meats are more easily digested and you get more protein from them
>>

I only get canned fish in water. There have been so many EVOO scandals in the last decade or two where big name companies have been selling olive oil made using chemical pressing agents instead of mechanical pressing or they have been cut with cheaper vegetable oils. Plus many EVOO companies sell oils in plastic containers or other containers that are not suitable for EVOO, which should be in a tinted glass container or a tin. And if you go to the grocery store and look at the best by dates chances are a lot of the EVOOs are years past. So there's no way a $2 can of fish has actually EVOO in it.

I would love to but it's expensive and I'm worried about parasites
