Which is easier as a beginner - starting out fat or starting out skinny and bulking up?

>>76660042Starting out skinny is highly preferred. Fatsos might seem to start out stronger, but that is only in some lifts, not all. Pullups and Chinups are God tier exercises that fatties cannot do. At all. Or ever.As a skinny, all you have to do is train hard and eat more. Just more. Not even a shit ton more, just slightly more. Not even better. Just more. And if you're training is even halfway decent, as long as youre consitent, you will grow. Slowly, perhaps, but faster if you eat a lot more or eat a lot better, eat better and slepp better. Its a slow but steady upward slog of consitent gains and improvements. As long as youre getting stronger, you're getting better. All you need to do is choke down an extra beef patty, chicken thigh or chciken breast per day. Hell, even an extra slice of choclate cake can do it, if overall protein is good. Thats it. And somewhere along the line from string bean to jacked, some girl will find your proportions really likeable. So you can add getting laid to the mix.Fatties have years and years of dieting to lsoe weight, never gaining strnegth while dieting, looking fat, cant do pullups, no girls like fat dudes, dieting, cutting , loose skin, binge eating disorders, holidays/vacations where they overeat and gain back fat, then more dieting with no strength gains. Self loathing. No pussy. its a nightmare And then, even if they "make it" every excess calorie is stored as fat before muscle. They are constantly on the brink of getting fat again. And ALWAYS hungry. Day and night hungry. That NEVER does away.No. skinny is way better.
