>jittery from too much caffeine
Im developing MS
>random skipped heart beat
I'm having an aeortic aneurysm
>tingling sensation
I'm having a stroke
>random left arm pain
I'm having a heart attack
>eye strain in temples from too much screen time
>I have brain cancer
Why do I keep doing this to myself when I know it's all bullshit? I can't even lift heavy without fear of getting a hernia so I'm always stopping after 3 sets. The most recent health scare im dealing with is constant mouth watering. Like I'm producing too much saliva for the past 4 or 5 days now. I can't do this much longer.

This one is retarded because that's not a symptom of an aortic aneurysm. You are completely right on the other ones thoughbeit. Sorry about your multitude of ailments.
>>
No caffeine for a week.

Yea right

Because you are clearly a woman. Christ, stop being such an insufferable bitch. I fucking hate people like you. Because you are so ignorant about your own health you expect people like me to 'help' you.

Terrible post

I am male and I am like OP.

>>76660843
Does caffeine from one cup of tea also give anxiety? Or only coffee?

Not to feed into the metal loop but have you ever experienced mouth watering excessively with anxiety
>>
>>76661366
No
>>
>>76661723
It's been watering under my tongue for 2 full days now. Even when I'm eating I feel it. I was working out not thinking about it but immediately after I'm noticing I.
>>
>>76660959
Depending on the tea it's a lot worse
>>
>>76660406
I feel like I too have this, but I feel like my concerns are legit.
>absess above tooth, probably going to get a brain infection soon
>fungal nail, probably going to lose a foot soon
>weird spot on head, probably going to get cancer and die soon
we all got our issue man
>>
>>76663213
The tooth stuff is the worst because something legitimately can go wrong.
>>
>>76660406
you gotta get busy and take your mind off this shit
socialize more it really helps with these anxieties
stop whatever drugs you're on for a while including caffeine
really though just talk to (ostensibly) healthy people to ground yourself - if they aren't about to die of mega cancer and you try harder than them then you're not
>>
>>76660406
Just do cardio and stay the fuck off webmd. You're obviously fine.
>>
>>76663243
Im addicted to caffeine and its practically a pre workout at this point.
>>76663245
I was on it today because of the salivating shit. I keep telling myself it's anxiety and I'm hyper focused on what my mouth is doing but at the same time I never had it before. Maybe it's from drinking too much coffee. But coffee would cause something like dry mouth. Not constant watering. And then in a week I'll have some other dumbass shit. I wanna go back to normal.
>>
We're all gonna die, try to just have as much fun beforehand

i'm just like you, first off drop the caffeine. you're pretty much fueling your jitters and racing thoughts there. next try magnesium. it'll help relax the muscles that twitch in your body. i used to get horrible face spasms before i took it. next ofcourse is to work out more.

Anxiety can and will mimic a bunch of diseases because your mind and body are impossibly intertwined. which is why you gotta take care of both.

i had health anxiety for almost every major ailment, i went to the hospital, doctors and specialists. i've been so scared i couldnt leave my bed for a week once. and guess what? i was wrong every time. never cancer, never heart attacks never anemia. just panic and OCD.

the human body for the most part is pretty resilient and basic. the odds are you're not gonna be the 1/10000 patient who gets little sensations that actually lead to some fantastic disease. and if your healthy those numbers become more improbable.

your body is having an autism fit becuase it cant keep up with your brain. see a therapist or do what i did; spend 1000s of dollars of tests to see if i was sick, not be sick, then see a therapist anyways.

Name one common tea that exceeds the amount of caffeine in coffee.

I had this too OP. I kept obsessing over minor aches and pains and always catastrophizing. I've always had a bit of a compulsive personality, nothing too bad but I can easily obsess over something. Helps with studying and work and hobbies. But it doesn't help when faced with setbacks either in health or other domains. The thing is you'll reinforce the symptoms you're obsessing over. At some point at age 30 I had all sorts of pains, in my back, foot, knee, hip etc and I couldn't seem to shake it off. Also I was avoiding all sports or exercise because I was scared it would increase the symptoms.

Finally, I found help in a psychologist and rehab doctor. Turned my life around in a matter of weeks, simply by acknowledging that pains and aches are a part of life and aren't necessarily signs of some disease. Now I simply don't give a fuck whenever I feel a slight pain or tingling or whatever. I just ignore it. Started running again without problems. Did some 50km marches. Took part in long distance biking tours. All stuff I was avoiding before.

Get help bro, it's all in your head and it can be fixed.

I was the same, had symptoms in every part of the body. And what? Eventually I found a disease that gives all these symptoms.

Too much black bile. Eat more soups from chicken and lamb and also more porridge from oats, rice or wheat. Think "warm and wet", so junk food isn't a bad idea either. And stop working out for a while, avoid anything that feels drying and cooling, so no hot spices etc.
>>
>>76664430
Just read the thread, you massive coffee abuse is probably part of the cause of this, since coffee is very drying (but hot, not cold).
>>
>>76660406
What helps me is to consciously ask myself "has it gotten worse?" If you go to bed and wake up and whatever ailment has not gotten worse then you have nothing to worry about and it will fix itself. Or say okay im aware of this and im going to give it 7 days and then ill see if its any worse. The only actual reasons ive needed to see a doctor in the last 20 years was for a tooth cavity and testicular torsion. Every other worry ive ever had has been a false flag

Should I just drink it cooler so the heat doesn't irritate anything
>>
>>76664426
Nobody mentioned medication.
>>
Can’t believe nobody has said it but you’re clearly a hypochondriac which means despite all logic and thought pointing to you just overreacting about nothing you are still worried anyway. Seek professional help.

I convinced myself I was pre-diabetic years ago because I'd get really dry mouth, drink a bunch of water and have terrible anxiety and brain fog. In hind sight I just had really bad anxiety. I did keto for months to try and fix my diabetes I didn't have. I should've just gone to the doctor and got my rested blood glucose levels checked which would've instantly just told me if I had a problem or not.

OP clearly doesn’t understand what’s going on or he wouldn’t have made this thread retard

Seriously start doing some cardio. You are overly excited and if you burn off that energy with some long form cardio your anxiety will reduce by like 50-60%. Source: Me, started cycling and my anxiety is almost completely gone.

how do i withdraw my caffeine intake? i feel sleepy without it and can't take a shit in the morning if i don't take my coffee.

Same with the diabetes thing. I actually thought I had glaucoma or retinopathy because of the strain I was getting and the floaters. One of the symptoms of retinal tears are floaters. I made an appointment for all the tests and it came back as minor astigmatism. Which explained the huge lights I was seeing.
>>76665262
I just ran 30 minutes ago and didn't even think about the symptoms. So everything is dormant for now.
>>
>>76660406
You think your health anxiety is bad? I have migraine with aura, chronic tinnitus and visual snow. I hear phantom music when there’s a fan running. My right side is pulsatile tinnitus which can signal underlying cardiovascular problems. My doctor doesn’t take me seriously because chronic tinnitus is incurable and you just have to live with it. I at least want to know what caused it. How do I make my doctor help find out the cause? It'll give me much needed anxiety relief.

I swear a stroke is going to get me in the end, and I swear I got one which led to these health problems.

Exactly, I'm not even joking just keep hammering away on the cardio and you will see a massive improvement in your mental.

Does your home have a smart meter? Look at the side of your house and get back to me, go to the forest and meditate by the water ideally but atleast by some trees for 45 to 90 minutes and tell me if your head hurts less.
>>
>>76668069
I live in a condo, anon. My tinnitus is admittedly covered by nature sounds so I try to go on long walks and hikes. It's still there, just covered.
>>
>>76667463
Nope, actually good for your knees. Try to keep up instead of parroting debunked myths from 30 years ago.
>>
>>76663191
I've had this happen off and on for around a year now, I'm also a hypochondriac.

There are definitely a few things that can cause it (regular caffeine consumption, regular alcohol consumption, acid reflux, etc) but the most significant cause is ANXIETY.
