>26>can only bench 160>can only run a 27 min 5K>only work at a grocery store>never had a girlfriend>was a NEET from 19-25What can I do to progress on my lifts (in life)?
Read philosophy.
not much solace for people like youtoo bitter and jaded to get a gf your agetoo much generational differences to get a teenage gfjust grind your own happiness and bang hookers
>>76661004>24>obese(313lb@6')>only had 1 gf ever>virgin>just started uniI feel like I'm drowning trying to catch up
but anon in a year from now you could be benching 260, running a 22 min 5k and with your happy deposition put in charge of the dairy departmentyou just gotta think about the future and never dwell on the past
>>76661037I am actually saving up for college but I am really unsure what degree to do. I like maths but I hate engineering or any tech bro computer science stuff. I am too shy and introverted for medicine, nursing or psychology. I heard law has ridiculous work hours where you have to give up your life (and so lifting).Economics and business remain that I am interested in but I have heard they are oversaturated af and with econ you don't get a job unless Ph.D. level.
kekke larp
Austrian ginger or KekkeCall it
>>76661042Why not do straight mathematics?
I had a single girlfriend from age 17 to 29. I broke up with her, and six months later she was engaged to another guy. Today I'm 38. I was single until three months ago. I found a woman, a teacher, blonde, delicate, athletic, super feminine, and with the same weird interests as me. Not a day goes by without us talking, not a week without us seeing each other. I decided to reconsider a relationship the day we went for a walk in the park. She was wearing a floral dress, and one moment, while we were talking about the American invasion of Iraq, she looked me in the eye and said, "Anon, you know... I don't trust the government." I dropped my weapons on the floor and raised my hands in surrender at that moment. I spent a decade in a state of cynicism and bitterness, especially when my ex sought me out two years later, showing up at my door at 11 p.m. with her lips covered in herpes and who knows what else. We never know what life has in store for us. Don't give up on the gym, if you do, it will be another regret in your life.
>>76661042anon idk anything about your life but its very obv by the fact that youre just throwing darts at very broad subjects that you dont know anything that youd like to do with your life. do some more research and stop feeling like the worlds over and that you have to catch up. Thats how you make a huge mistake and throw yourself into a debt pit where you hate what youre studying and going to be working as (like 95% of students/the work force)
>>76661049How fucking long is this cunt still posting I left in 2022 for a bit
>>76661050I tried some proof writing in my spare time and even though it's ok I am too bad at it. Basically, a maths degree would be too demanding and I also don't want to end up in engineering/CS again.>>76661058How do I know a subject is actually for me? Like should I buy a book about accounting or a book about economics and then study it and see if I like it? How would I know if I have an actual interest in a field?I know I like maths because you can just download books from libgen and then just self-study and do the exercises. /sci/ has lots of recs. But how do I do that with other subjects like econ, business or accounting?
>>76661004>33>only 40k in the bank>only took the virginity of 2 gf's>other 4 gf's weren't virgins>Dryspell this year>Bench stalled at 110kgIs it over? Should i even bother?
>>76661004respect to you doing actually useful wagie work and not pretending to optimize kpis behind a laptop. maybe work on getting your workplace orangutized
>>76661042join the military you retard. look into navy nuke. $75k bonus and you sit in a classroom for 2 years learning engineering shit. you get paid for it too. going to college you will end up in debt and jobless
>>76661004now that you understand life is pretty scary when you have to take care of yourself, that should give you the drive to actually work towards a career. i did the same and went back to school for a degree in CS under a accelerated program. Took 2.5 years to get a degree and a job.Its really not that hard if you are actually trying and not just doing the minimum
>>76661411>join the military you retard>join the military>you retardlmao, literally the route of the retard when they realize they have no skills and low iq
>>76661430>get paid to learn a valuable skill>use that skill to make more money in the civilian world>also free college and no downpayment on a house cuz benefits>everyone else has no job experience but has a degree and 5 figures worth of student loan debt.better keep up with those monthly payments on your debt goy
>>76661423It's hard at my age and with my resume. Nobody hires a 30 years old college graduate with a 6 year resume gap.
>>76661485You could get into a trade, they're pretty desperate.
>>76661053larp
>>76661484>goy>from a military recruiter
>>76661742It depends a lot on the trade and location, I applied to my local electrician's union a few days ago>Aptitude tests take place from October to December>Interviews take place from January to April or May>After all is said and done someone that actually is accepted won't start work until June, could be over a year since you applied if you did it when applications openedIt's a great career that could take you without prior experience but the process takes forever and a ton of people apply so they can be really picky.
>>76661882That said I think he should do it since there's literally no downside to applying and they'll give anyone a chance, it's just not as immediate or easy as people think
>>76661882>>76661887Sounds like train driving, you take a test during the interview(just basic physics and reading comprehension) then it's 1.5 years of schooling.
>>7666100427 min 5k isn't bad at all.
>>76661042Go into the medical field. The school isn't nearly has difficult as everyone makes it sound and you can make so much money. Don't worry about being social. I was in the same boat as you and am so glad I got out before I was thirty.
>27>Went from fit to fat in the last 3 years due to a desk job>Leave the job last year to focus on fitness and build a career in sports > ffw to June this year and physique is coming along pretty good> haven't lost lot of weight but have put on visible muscle mass. 3 months of cutting should do it >tear my AC tendon doing some incline press because of shit form>haven't lifted in 2 months>shoulder still hurts and doctors say I'll need more rest on that one shoulder>Gained 3 kilos already >AAAAAAAHHHH WHY MUST THERE BE A MAJOR SETBACK EVERYTIME I TRY TO BETTER MYSELF
>>76661004Rush a 20min session before showering, then do some more heavy and make food while doing hyperteophy. Youll be too beat for an intense session often so i often hit bench 2 days in a row and just keep the bulk going all week and do some extra lifting to keep protein synthesis going without needing to cut as early. I like doing arms/shoulders after chest day and abs/legs/forearms after shoulders so i can eat a ton. Gains are definitely better this way than underlifting as lifting other shit after main lift(bench and btb rn) lets you recover while bulking instead of lowering calories on 1st rest day where most gains are. I also have a high fatigue ceiling and barely hit legs(3pl8 squat is easier than 2pl8 strict benches still somehow) you might get cns fatigue which saps gains and fucks sleep/test.
>>76661033>>76661004Try being 27. Also try having everything (friends, great career, going to university ) and still not getting laid
>>76661004take any hobby or interest that you have and just make social media post and videos about it on youtube or instagram, Even if all you just watch anime or vidya just upload shit about that. It might take off. That's the easiest low effort way. Saturation isn't even a question, if the right amount of people find your shit interesting they you will get a community.
>>76661430i joined the military now i get 44k a year in government welfare checks which i got upon discharge at 23 years im literally the top 1% nigga.
>>7666389844k isn't a lot.
>>76661004At least you can bench 160lb and are finally not a NEET anymore. Good job anon I'm proud of you :) Just keep moving forward with that momentum and eventually everything else with come to place. Most zoomers Males (I believe somewhere around 55%) aren't dating these days so don't let it beat ya over your head. I went on a few dates and it's a pain in the ass and still haven't had a "girlfriend" yet.
Stop bumping Austrian ginger threads retards
>>76663649I'm the exact opposite and I'd rather have what you have.I'm 27, have only had one long term gf and had sex once this year, but I have none of those other things. Life is painful without growth and friendship.

Don't let yourself become a fat fuck or a skinny fuck.
>>76666265>>Heart blows up from the vax because school requires itwhat kind of perverted school required it?i remember being in trade school at the time and when covid was first announced, before there were even rumors of a vaccine, I stood up in class and said "When they roll out the mandatory vaccine I will take a bullet in the head over the shot"I was already established as a schizo before that
>>76666271Ivy league school. It was like in 2023 and I had gone a while without getting it. I was super antivax however I was retarded and figured it would be worth it to ignore my morals just this once progress in life. I was punished for that mindset but now I have bounced back with pretty much no long-term issues. A painful lesson learned. There is a chance my myocarditis can come back but such is life.

I don't know you personally but from what you are telling us, I think you are fine. Maybe you shouldn't be so hard on yourself. Everyone has periods of time when they feel lost, specially at that age.
>>76661058 I like what this guy said. Education in the USA is a straight up scam. If you have to study something in order to get a job, make sure it doesn't take longer than two years.

Go to university lectures as an observer and take notes, talk to the teachers whenever you can (make sure you are not bothering anyone). They can help you develop studying methods for each subject.
>>76661004>only work at a grocery storeYou can change that, skillcat's 10 usd a month, couple of trade certs that might win you a tradie apprenticeship. electrician apprentaces earn as much as a bagger during the first year and can actually get raises.Otherwise>Oil fields>Underwater welder>electrical linemen if you get a trucker licenseall of those have a 6 figure potential, taxman takes alot from that.Counter gambling if you arn't an addictive degen,
