I think people forget rich piana, you can get retarded upper body but it just takes so much smarter or lucky training methods. Squatting 3x/wk gets you insane legs so id bet having a more long term spaced out periodazation of training delts/chest(rest is way easier) over time correctly is how to get there. Its just that shoulders are more delicate in practice and roided your frame shrinks whereas legs are not growing in size. Like i just started hitting arms for real since my shoulder is fucked and they can look as big as my head now since i like to get fucked up and come up with weird shit, weirdly enough alcohol gets me thinking whereas weed just makes me gay. For weight class fighting id probably prefer big upper body over legs, if i compete it'll be hw so neglecting legs at all is just to progress upper body faster.
