Im sick of you assholes trying to put the blame on us for being fat. I lost the weight but i can not be around any sweet food or carby food because i cant stop myself from eating the entire packet or cake or whatever.
Its my brain, our braisn are different and you never struggled being fat so dont give us the stupid bogus “moderation” advice

I was fat, now I am not. Stopped eating like a pig and worked out moderately, try it some time fatty.
