is training to failure overrated?
>>76664628Yes, as you can see in his feezeek, buolt by doing volume, volume is king*rubs hands*
Dude must be on insane doses of roids and growth hormone. The only large muscles he has are with the highest concentration of androgenic receptors. Fucking jewish faggot has absolutely no idea how to train.
>>76664628No. It's literally the only thing that matters actually.
So this is the power of science
I only train to failure on movements where I don't rely on reracking a weight to get it off me. Like, I'm definitely not going to failure on bench, squat, or OHP. Curls, lunges, machines, rows, lat pull downs, face pulls, lateral raises, body weight movements, these you go to failure.
>>76665224>Like, I'm definitely not going to failure on bench, squat, or OHP. I went to failure on the bench today. Did pic related. Easy and safe. Also why do you think going to failure on the OHP is dangerous? You can't raise a weight you can't control over your head. You always have more eccentric than concentric in you. Even if you exhaust the concentric, you won't just drop it.
>>76664628>is training to failure overrated? No, but there's still a massive difference between "working out 1 or 2 reps shy of failure" and "working out till mild discomfort" as your picrel is doing despite being roided to the fucking gills.

Just lift the weight until the bar slows to a point that you don't feel like it's gonna go faster within the set.Repeat that for 1 or 2 sets.
>>76664628This man eat a whole pizza as a carb-upNot a bad physique at all, very muscular, but it's clearly not conditioned
>>76665143Probably just terrible genetics for bodybuilding.Thinking about that I've never seem a good jewish bodybuilder
>>76665224>Like, I'm definitely not going to failure on bench, squat, or OHP.I changed benches entirely for either machines or dumbbell benches for that reason. You can still fail on squats if your gym has a cage for squats
>>76666074>Not a bad physique at allExcept his back. Did he got some sort of injury?
