Breakfast smoothies fill me up like nothing else.Easy 80g of protein and 40-50g of fiber for 800 calories. A little tahini and flax for additional fat, but otherwise it's berry mix, protein powder, greek yogurt, and some psyllium husk and oat fiber powder. I usually devour like 4-5 full 250ml cups by the time I'm finished all 800 calories of it so it keeps you full for hours. Never even considered smootheis as a cutting food option because everyone kept drilling into you that solid foods are best.
