>>76665820This.You're gross, but not unsalvageable. Any basic powerlifting program (not powerlifting diet) would help you. After you get reasoanbly strong over a year or so, start doing more hypetrtophy based, bodybuilding style training. Lots of Bench, lots of overhead pressing, deadlifts and lat pulls (chinups if you can do them) will fill out your upper body.Look into old school dumbell pullovers to expand the ribcage. Cant hurt, and might work if youre not too old.The biggest thing is going to be to get leaner and keep diet high quality, because youre biggest problems are fat and skin; muscle mass is secondary, but important.Its going to take time.
