I am afraid of fat fucking myself on a bulk.

Im skinny fat. I CANNOT recomp, I have tried and done it perfectly for YEARS, with zero progress whatsoever, no muscle growth, no improvement in composition, simply a waste of time. I finally did a bulk and made gains for the very first time. I got stronger, on every lift, and I visually changed. Then, I cut 25lbs off (I CAN count calories and lose weight) Now I want to bulk again.

My question is, if im a 5'7" king of the manlets, and I currently weigh ~157lbs and I get up as high as 180 during a 9 month bulk, am I going to fatfuck myself? By which I mean, will that be so big that I will have loose skin when I cut again? What is the limit? Im sorry, im not willing to post body, I grew up on /b/ in the 2000's, I am forever scared off of the idea of posting any part of myself on this homosexual Indonesian plastic straw knitting forum.

I started as a skinnyfat and gained like 10kg on my first bulk. The muscle gains were so good that my body actually looked better by the end of it.
Go for it anon. Don't set an arbitrary goal like 180 pounds but just eat to gain weight and train hard. You won't have loose skin, don't worry.

Thanks but knowing myself, the first bulk only succeeded because the girl I was dating was super into me gaining weight, I am prone to panicking the moment I think im too fat and killing a bulk. A set number would really be helpful to have. Also, how am I supposed to know im gaining no more than 0.5-lbs a week? I can fluctuate 5 lbs up or down in a day.

Weigh yourself properly. First thing in the morning, right after shit, before food or water. I'd also suggest weighing yourself weekly instead of daily

>weekly instead of daily
Really? I feel like that's not enough info to know if im gaining at the right speed, the difference between one Monday and another can be like, 6, 7 lbs.
