Easily, lose weight, avoid low rest set schemes, use the aerobic range to keep cardio low neurological stress until you're lean.

Pretty much the same steps you'd take if you were at risk of overtraining (with cardio) and still had a lot left to finish out the week in the gym. You can take the same number of sets cut off 1 rep and keep rest on the high end and it's an entirely diffent animal to your heart, lungs and nervous system.

Aerobic hr range isn't that intense. It's on the edge of sweating. He does that outside at the break of dawn for the lowest temp of the day probably not going to get that hot in a t-shirt. It might be uncomfortably cold at first but pleasant after 5 minutes.

That's scary, I thought it had it bad because I sweat profusely the second I start a lift. Im not even tired or anything I just picked up a dumbbell or something and bam sweating everywhere. This guy is on a whole different level of gym inconvenience.

It's a fat redditor. His "wife" is likely a tranny, a fat fuck, or they're in an open relationship. Don't be retarded.

I have the same "condition", it's due to sweating heavily, I literally end up soaked wet whenever I exercise, be it weight lifting or running. That's why the only cardio I do is swimming : you don't feel the sweat in the pool

I enjoy swimming as cardio for that reason as well but I dont let it stop me from doing cardio in the gym. I leave a pool of sweat around the bike every day, its pretty embarrassing but I try to clean it up as best I can.

Most people on here are in their [early] 20s.
