If im bodybuilding and have hours to kill, in theory theres no downside to more variation and more volume. I think its bullshit to say theres such thing as too much volume, not true. Your body can adapt if you dont underestimate it. So the possibilities are endless, this is a chest workout concept ive been working on
>weighted dips
>dumbbell press decline
>dumbbell press regular
>dumbbell guillotine press
>dumbbell press incline
>overhead press
>deficit pushups
>wide grip pushups
>dumbbell flys
>dumbbell incline flys
>machine flys
>cable crossovers low
>cable crossovers middle
>cable crossovers high
>dumbbell pullovers reps til failure
You can also add 2x the volume by adding an additional single arm version of every single lift stated above. Hitting your chest in so many different ways could probably give you the greatest looking chest ever!

If your joints can hold up, go for it. Make sure you load some exercises in the first half with 60 - 80% max rep 8-10 rep sets. Youd need a lot of rest to do that every exercise.
