On the internet I always see recommended those "3×5+ Barbell Rows/Bench Press/Squats // 3×5+Chinups/Overhead Press/Deadlifts" startingstrength-like workouts and I was wondering why one recommends one over the other.

You need to eat food as well anon. Minimum 3k calories a day and 200g protein.

its an ok split for a beginner, for now just focus on ur fundamentals (sleep,diet,form,intensity,fatigue) and u will be fine. after u progress a lot and hit a plateau u should switch splits and try to understand more advanced training concepts and make ur own program based on exercises u like based on ur experience with frequency and volume
