I'm almost done with my cut from being a fatass. Lost about 50 pounds. Been eating ~1800-2000 calories a day. I'm trying to figure out where to go from here. Should I get a little leaner or start bulking now?

I'm going to do a careful bulk (slowly bring my calories back up over a couple weeks, then stick to 200-300 calories above maintenance). I've seen guys stay lean all year around even during their bulk doing this.

If you know the amount of weight you lost, the time frame over which you lost it, and how many calories you were consuming, you can calculate a pretty accurate guess for your TDEE.

When you 'bulk', aim for 300-500 calories over the TDEE (don't go way over that), unless you want to become michellin man again.

Amazing progress, broseph. I vote you just live there at that level for a year before you change it up. Concentrate on gaining whatever muscle you can without letting your BF% slip back up - no bulk. Enjoy this accomplishment for a minute before moving on to the next.
