One of the most repulsive things you can witness in the gym is +35 yo dried up people swinging baby weights in skimpy clothes (for men shorts and a tank top and women whatever this gym lingerie is called) and bothering everyone on their way with small talk while the person genuinely hates it. Thankfully the simplest trick to make them fuck off is to hoard their bench or rack yourself and put weights on the bar and lift it, they either start crying about injuries and joint pain because you're lifting heavy or run away
