Are there any non aluminum deodorants that actually work? The ones with aluminum in them seem to be the only ones that prevent me from completely smelling like BO

This has become my go-to. It goes on kinda sticky but the upside is that there's no residue that builds up into shirts/onto the skin.

baking soda is effective at deodorizing
Mix baking soda, some sort of starch (arrowroot or wheat), coconut oil and for better texture at room temperature. Add a few drops of tea tree oil. Aim for a mealy consistency. It won't be smooth but have a grainy texture beacuse baking soda is not soluble in oil, so deal with it. One cup should last more than six months and it works better than any commercial shit I ever used.

>>76668486This is what I use too. For shampoo, wash, and deodorant. If im out doing yard work or come back from the gym I'll reapply 1-2 slides and call it good. Anti-perspirants gives me a skin rash so I dont use it and other deodorants simply stop working the second I actually start sweating. Its expensive but worth it imo.

>>76668015You have to get import stuff. Most of the actual antibacterials (like triclosan) were banned in US consumer products several years ago, causing most “deodorants” to just be scented coverups. Also the aluminum is an antiperspirant.
