I can do it but afterwards my knees are absolutely fucked for the next few days, so it's tough to build up any rhythm. Is it best to diet and then focus on cardio when you've lost enough weight?
>>76668024can u walk? >yes, i'm not elderly nor cripple, just obese then walk - best cardio ever invented, nothing compares >are u obese? no>are u overweight neither, if anything i'm tad too lean for my own good >and u walk yes, couple hours a week, usually work related but when there is no walking required i just go for a walk - in pace with perfectest posture i can muster >that's why u'e so lean yes and my eating habits - that's the secret>how do u know? cause i weighed as much when i was finishing primary school - was a fat kid bot :D
>>76668024Yes. As a lard bucket your joints could explode from literally the slightest pressure. Get to a human weight through diet.
>>76668024Run on a treadmill or a turf surface. Much less impact stress
>>76668144Is walking worth it? I don't even break a sweat when walking.
don't run, walkthe goal of successful weight loss is to burn as little glycogen as possible while burning as much fat as possible, running is in direct counter to that
>>76668024My first thought was for people your size they have lesser gravity solutions but it may not be in your price range but physical therapy has water running where you can run without you having gravity pull you down which is hard on your knees.
Treat it like lifting. Run. If your joints hurt stop. Push it a bit though. Wait for it to heal. Repeat. Focus in form and eventually it will stop hurting. I've never been fat fat but I originally got into running while bulked to 210 lbs and this is how I eased into it and eventually it was fine
>>76668173I notice I get tennis elbow doing stuff like tricep extensions should I do wood choppers or something with resistance bands or do I need to go to the orthopedic?
>>76668157>>>76668144 (You)>Is walking worth it? I don't even break a sweat when walking.u should also work on your reading comprehension bot: >>76668157>walk - best cardio ever invented, nothing compares>but i'm not sweating million excuses not to work, walk imbecile - it will save your *whatever u care for*

kekke spam thread
>>766680246kph4inclineTreadmill2 hours daily, 10min break is allowed
>>76668180Its probably a form issue but I'd be hard to diagnose. Those are notorious for that though. Id just replace it with something like otp or a triceps machine. They arent too necessary to get big
>>76668195I'll happily walk if it gets results but I want to know if it's a waste of time. At least when I run I FEEL like I've exerted myself.
>>76669277cycle, it's less of a slamming stress on the ankles and feet and you go faster and farther and take advantage of effort lowering tech like gears and riding downhill. just gotta watch out for drivers and spooking seniors walking on the path unless that's your thing
>>76668024As long as your knees and hips are fine and your gait isn't fucked up it's perfectly fine.>my knees are absolutely fucked for the next few daysYeah don't then. Find a different cardio modality like swimming.
>>76668024>posting facebook AI slopBrapjeet, I hope your knees explode while you're trying to put your shoes on
>>76668024considering you used AI slop for the pic... i'm going to assume you're fatter than that. so /yourself fatty
