I do basic bitch workouts on the weekdays, along with reading, and my job.On the weekend I work on programming a video game, and do meal prep/chores. My family is dead and I don't have friends I hang out with. I'm 30.I don't have much going on in life. Do you have any advice?

Sounds like you are doing surrogate activities for the things you actually want to achieve. Make sure you're actually taking steps to do it. As you get older you should lose your concept of magical thinking. Learning shit and getting strong isn't going to manifest a girl in your room but it will help you once you get the courage to take the first step. Same with work. You can do all the prep and learn everything but if you never signal to an employer you're worth hiring nobodies going to magically find you or know what you're capable of
