First update, don't know if anyone remembers my first post but I promised to report status. Was kinda jacked many many years ago but have gotten fat and weak since. Decided to start again.

Been lifting for 4 weeks now (3x per week) and managed to eat fairly clean with 200g of protein every day. Still the same weight at around 220 pounds @ 6 ft

Man lifting at 40 yo really sucks. My joints hurt already and I need a lot of time to warm up.

See you in 4 weeks with another picture. I think I really need to lose fat tho.

Im 45 and doing the same, although im visibly stronger than you. Added 30min of assault bike sprints onto each of my 5 workout days of the week and am trying to watch calories, while tracking only protein. Also no booze. Down 3lbs in 2 weeks, taking this as a good sign.
