How much do you spend on groceries each month when you're builking as a single male? I spent like $400 on food this month and it kinda hurt. Granted I go to a nicer grocery store than say Walmart or Aldi (HEB) but still it hurts my wallet

1400 PLN/month, which is roughly $380 USD, this includes 400g beef/day and 9 eggs/day which is what makes most of the cost.

Bro that’s a lot and I hate vegans

At my peak, I was spending $900/mo ish
Breakfast between gym and work, lunch out, 1ish lbs of steak a night

Around $300, but I'm pretty sure I'm not eating enough and my food isn't as high quality as it should be. Ideally, it'd be close to twice, and possibly more with regular eating out.
