I've been a loser for 32 years. But starting monday, this is going to change. I am going to lose weight, I am going to build muscles, I am going to shower and brush my teeth everyday. I was going to tell you to get a job, but if you're not even at the level of washing and brushing your teeth every day yet that might be too advanced for you rngood luck man, depression's a tough pit to climb out of but the more you do it the easier it gets
>>76668893go to the dollar store or local equivalent discount shop, get a 2025 and 2026 calendar and spend an hour writing a little checklist of shower, gym, brush, sleep etc in every daily space and give yourself the satisfaction of checking them off when you're at a loss for things to do every day
