I've been a loser for 32 years. But starting monday, this is going to change.

I am going to lose weight, I am going to build muscles, I am going to shower and brush my teeth everyday. And hopefully I will finally have my first girlfriend.

5am: wake up, pray the Lord, eat oeatmeal, walk to the gym
7am: threadmill while listening to Charlie Kirk podcasts or the Bible
8am: push ups, squats and stretching
9am: walk back home and do some yoga
10am: enjoy vidya for the rest if the day

All in a day's work

good luck man, depression's a tough pit to climb out of but the more you do it the easier it gets

go to the dollar store or local equivalent discount shop, get a 2025 and 2026 calendar and spend an hour writing a little checklist of shower, gym, brush, sleep etc in every daily space and give yourself the satisfaction of checking them off when you're at a loss for things to do every day
