>>76669130>>requires absurd pulling and pushing strengthIt's neither you DYEL holy kek.
>>76669134Fatty got mad.
>>76669134What is it then? I already know you've never even attempted one.
>>76669134>OINK OINK OINK!Didn't ask
>>76669130>Can you do it /fit/?Not yet, but I'm aiming to. Isn't it like a pinnacle of calisthenics anyway?
>>76670400I'd say it's the 1 finger pullup
i can do a half lay hf for 2-3 sec6 ft 232 pound
>>76670400its like beginner calisthenics move. pretty useless exercise but as you can see it makes normies cream
>>76669130I can do that with a droor frame no handles and weigh 145 and can't bench 2pl8
>>76670736>beginner calisthenics moveshit, I forgot I'm on /fit/
>>76670911>he thinks flag is advanced movelol, lmao even. its on par with easy shit like back lever, maybe SLIGHTLY harder. more of a technique move than a strength move anyway
>>76669130I have just recently started calisthenics and they are really enjoyable so far. Hard, but enjoyable. Pushups and dips have increased a ton, but pull ups are something else. Will probably incorporate high-rep calisthenics approach.

>>76669130As a 6'1" 225lb lardboi, I have decided to go ahead and work on dragon flags. I think it would be funny to bust them out in front of people with my fat gut. Having been at it for maybe a month now, I foresee no reason I won't be able to do these in a few months of casual effort. I fully expect, after that, to be able to move on up to the pic in OP in a reasonable time frame. The only filter calisthenics provides is commitment to spending time mastering a movement that provides suboptimal stimulus. I feel like it's fine for anything abdominal or pull related, though, but my if you've got the bodyweight to make it actually challenging.
>>76669130I remember in highschool there was this kid that was literally like 4'7"(140cm) at 18. He saw a picture of someone doing a human flag and tried it and immediately succeeded. Ergo, this is a skill for manlets
